Diploma of Conservation and Land Management

Qualifications are available up to advanced diploma and are available for participants wishing to work across cleared natural areas, environments under threat, pest management, weeds, insects, diseases, pest animals, biological control, erosion control, revegetation, reduction of pollution, dune stabilisation, seed collection, and land and sea management.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Diploma of Conservation and Land Management reflects the role of personnel working in management positions with technical level skills in conservation and land management roles.

DURATION

  • For Nominal Terms for User Choice Students, please refer to: http://qtis.training.qld.gov.au/

  • For Certificate 3 Guarantee Program related students, please refer to relevant course information flyer.

  • For Fee For Service Students, we base duration on Volume of Learning as reccomended by ASQA such as Certificate II = up to 12 months or 1200 hours, and Certificate III, IV or Diploma = up to 24 months or 2400 hours.
