Certificate II in Horticulture
Horticulture is the over-arching industry sector which encompasses Parks and Gardens, Nursery, Conservation and Land Management. It also includes specializations such as flower gardening, tree service and food production. Some of the areas covered in Horticulture include; plant identification, weeds, pest and disease management, conservation and land management, tree management, irrigation and nursery practices.
This qualification underpins a range of work functions and job roles that can lead to a horticultural trade qualification.

For Fee For Service Students, we base duration on Volume of Learning as recommended by ASQA such as Certificate II = up to 12 months or 1200 hours, and Certificate III, IV or Diploma = up to 24 months or 2400 hours.
